Hi People!
some advice needed:
I'm Looking to purchase TV Stands or TV Wall Units For a house I'min the process of buying.
Can you peoplegive me a good recommendation of where is the topdeal on these? I live in Miami and I heard that the big thing about these tv stands is the cost of shipping and installation.
I also found this great article about wiring your entertainment center: http://www.helium.com/items/1577888-how-to-wire-your-home-entertainment-center

thanks in-advance for all your help

i just bought DVMatte Pro 3 with Conduit. i cant figure out how to get it to come up in photoshop CS3. am i supposed to drop something into the plugins folder? if so, what specifically do i put in there?

i have everything working in FCP. DVMatte was the main reason i made this purchase but i also want to use Conduit for photoshop/greenscreen type of portraits.

thanks

Re Conduit in FCP:
I refer to my messages left on the dvGarage site - Conduit section.

Have you got a compatibility problem with FCP Studio 2 (6.0.5)?

Hi Pauli,

So long ago I figured out how to make conduit read the slider 1 value so that I could make my transition ramp-up and then down. Specifically, I am asked to make the image flash white during the transition. I can't find my thread over in the dvgarage help forums and am wondering in you could flesh out here how to use the Curve node or whatever node is best to make the Slider values increase and then decrease over time.

Thanks!

Any chance you can get the vectorscope, waveform and rgb parade from Conduit Live to show up in the FCE plug-in since Final Cut Express doesn't have those "Pro" features.

thanks Pauli -
I also saw that Miranda has a DVI - HD-SDI output, the Ramp2 but it apparently costs $4,000 bucks..

one more question:

Another question - how do you set up a joystick or midi-controller to a slider?

I'm looking to increase an image's size (through the slider) in a stepped fashion, to simulate a zoom...

thanks!

I think you'd be best served by a DVI to HD-SDI converter. I know Gefen has several models (link), and there are also other vendors.
